Free weather add-in?

I see one that is $1.49. I am not looking to pay for add-ins. Is there a free option that works just as good?
I am not sure if these work like apps or not but I would prefer it to be free of ads if that is a thing. Those are very annoying for me!

Really? There is a weather add-in that charges you $1.5? I can get free weather info right on my phone. This is just crazy.
