Is there any way to block certain e-mails?

I have been getting spam and fisher e-mails in my main inbox and no matter how many times I mark them as spam, they keep coming. I get at least 2 or 3 a day.
Not overwhelming but it is annoying. Is there any way to block specific e-mails or maybe even a location?

You could block them for sure, if they would be coming from the same address every time. But these kinds of mails come from random e-mails. Not sure if even Outlook has a filter for these kinds of things.
