I have never even heard about this e-mail provider. Is it any good? Anyone have any good experience to share?

First of all, Ralph, it is the email client. It was created by the company located in Israel. IncrediMail is not the best email client however it contains a lot of additives which takes the firs impression of the people so they installing it and trying. And then they just can't get out from this jail
as the IncrediMail is not allowing to export emails.
Imagine that you are using IncrediMail to send funny cards to your neighbors and family members. Flowers and puppies are everywhere, inside every message you sent. Animated GIFs, butterflies etc. But then you need to send something related to your work... Oops. Message to the boss or clients is going with the same funny additives.
So you are in IncrediMail Jail now. All your messages here but you can't export them for another email client. There was a lot of conversion software that helped people to get out from this email Jail. However IncrediMail manufacturers did their best to prevent this. With the version of IncrediMail 2.5 the storage format was changed and now only one tool is capable to export emails from new versions of IncrediMail. This tool is called IncrediMail to Outlook Transfer, I can't post the direct link to it not to be banned, however you may find it by the name.
