Can I block keywords or phrases?

Say you have someone who keeps e-mailing you under the same name, word, or phrase but continues to actually change the e-mail...
Is there a way to block keywords or phrases since blocking these e-mails would not work??

Really looking for some input about this myself as well. I have been a long time Outlook user, but never figured out how to block specific keywords and phrases.
