Do the following to open Outlook data file:
1. Run Microsoft Outlook
2. Click menu File
3. Click option Open
4. Choose Open Outlook Data File… item
5. Select your PST file and press OK to open it
Alternatively you may import data from PST file using the File>Import option, however it works improperly from time to time. -
