Performance Problems

I have only 4GB of RAM in my PC. I have noticed that Outlook really hogs down my system when initially loading up all my e-mails in Windows 7. Any way of fixing this besides of deleting your e-mails?

Try to reduce the unused space in your PST file and optimize it. For that run Outlook, right click to the topmost folder of the folders structure (i.e. name of your personal storage), choose "Data File Properties..." item, click "Advanced..." button, then "Compact Now" button. Wait while the optimization is finished and check how it works.
