  • How I may find all large sized emails in Outlook?

Hi, I am trying to reduce the size of the .pst data file. I found the suggestion to use the compact option and it helps. But now I want delete some old emails which occupying the large amount of space. How it is better to do so? Please don't suggest to sort them per folder as I tried this. Sorting requires to go to each folder and do the same and it is not the option as I have many folders in my Outlook.

Ok, Bradley, here you go: run Outlook (by the way, what is your Outlook version?), scroll down to the folder named "Search Folders", click to the folder name "Large Mail" and wait till the end of search. If there is no "Large Mail" search folder, you may create it with the criteria "Show Mail Greater Than"...

Hi, you may also use VBA programming to do so, but suggested method with the Search Folders is good enough.

I had no idea this was even an option. I guess this is a good way to cut down on bulk in your inbox and saved folders. Great tip!

I also did not know you could even do this. Awesome how many options Outlook has for customizing your experience with the program. Thanks for sharing.
