I am trying to figure out on what I have to do to save all Outlook data for backup purposes, so I should be able then to restore everything.
I found that Outlook saves emails, notes, contacts, calendar appointments and something else into the data file called Outlook.pst so I copied it without a problem,
Now I need to backup Outlook rules, alerts, contacts and account settings.
Could you please guide me how to proceed?
