Where do I save pictures?

I read that I can save pictures I receive through e-mail right in Outlook. I am not sure how to turn this on or move them.
I really don't know how this works but I always get pictures from family and friends and I would like to be able to forward them and not save them to my computer.
Is this an option somewhere?

I think you can forward the emails containing the pictures directly to any email address you would want. This is an option that works with every email provider, be it Outlook or Google.
