Is this a stable alternative?

Sometimes I can't access my e-mail because of Microsoft. I used Thunderbird in the past but I never cared for how it looked or felt.
Is The Bat! a safe alternative? I don't want some loop-hole being opened and my privacy online getting ****ed in to!

Nope. You have to use Microsoft Outlook to be sure that everything is secured. The Bat! now not even supported by the developers, so I think there can appear a lot of new vulnerabilities... Why do you think that you can't access your emails because of Microsoft? Sounds strange. If you talking about the Microsoft Office 365 account, you may try to check your web-browser settings or change the web-browser to resolve this, however it is not clear what you mean by that. Nevertheless I said that Microsoft Outlook is the great and secure alternative for your emails...

You should never use software to manage your emails that is not 100% secure. I mean, we are talking about personal information here and you definitely don`t want anyone getting their hands on them. Just go with Outlook and be secure.
