Is data reporting something I can turn off?

I tend to want everything as far as reports turned off. I like to be as private online as much as possible. My son set me up with my computer but he will not be back from school for another few weeks. I am just wondering if the data reports in Outlook are always turned off or if I need to turn them off myself?

None is turned on, except if you have enabled it with special 3rd part software or plugin. So you don't have to worry about it.
