Is there a way to avoid fishers?

I think I am using the right term "fishers"... People who e-mail you to fish for information and things like that.
I know I get them and sometimes I have opened the e-mails by mistake. Is there away to keep them out my inbox?

I think fishers only get your info if you physically respond to their e-mail. As long you ignore and delete suspicious mail you should be perfectly fine.
