How many times can I change my password?

Someone told me it was a good idea to change my password now and again to keep myself better secured.
How many times can I actually change my password without being locked out of my account?

I`m not sure about this, but I think you can change you password as often as you want, just don`t do it too fast. Changing it once every couple of days is fine, think.
