How do I access Microsoft Exchange email?

I am not sure if this is the right place to put this. Someone told me I have a seperate e-mail from my standard one and I can't seem to find it.
They said it was an "Exchange" e-mail? Maybe I am not understanding this correctly. I am no good with computers! haha

Depending on what service do you mean you may access to the Exchange mailbox via the email client or directly using the web browser. Web interface of the Exchange Server is called as OWA i.e. Outlook Web Access. OWA is usually used by the companies to provide the remote access for their staff to the mailboxes. So what do you have?
